Age Criteria
- Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age: 30 years (as of December 30, 2023).
- Age relaxation:
- 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST.
- 10 years for PwBD candidates.
- Additional relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and widows/divorced women.

AAI Senior Assistant Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Junior Assistant (Fire Services)
- Written Examination:
- Computer-based test with 50% questions from the educational qualifications and 50% on General Knowledge, Intelligence, Aptitude, and English.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/OBC/EWS, 40% for SC/ST.
- Physical and Skill Tests:
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
- Driving Test (valid Light/Medium/Heavy Motor Vehicle license required).
- Physical Endurance Test (PET), including running, rope climbing, pole climbing, and ladder climbing. Marks will be assigned based on performance.
Senior Assistant (Electronics/Operations/Accounts)
- Online Examination:
- 70% subject-specific questions.
- 30% questions on General Knowledge, Intelligence, Aptitude, and English.
- Document Verification: To validate qualifications and experience.
AAI Sr. Assistant Recruitment Application Fee

- SC/ST/Women/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/AAI Apprentices: Exempted.
