Coal India Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT):
Two papers of 100 marks each:
Paper-I: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English.
Paper-II: Professional Knowledge (Discipline-specific).
Duration: 3 hours (single sitting).
Each question carries 1 mark.
No negative marking.

Coal India Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 Salary
Training Period (E-2 Grade):
Basic Pay: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000.
Post-Training (E-3 Grade):
Basic Pay: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.

DA, HRA, PRP, Cafeteria Allowances.
Medical, Pension, CMPF, CMPS, Gratuity.
Coal India Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 Posting
Candidates may be posted anywhere in India.
Final posting is subject to availability and management’s decision.
Service Agreement Bond
Candidates must serve for a minimum of 60 months.
Bond Amount: ₹3 Lakhs.
Deduction: ₹5000 per month (refunded after successful completion).
Medical Examination
Candidates must clear the Initial Medical Examination (IME) as per CIL’s standards.
