Goa SSC Recruitment 2024 Available Positions
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Recovery Clerk
- Pay Level: Level 2
- Essential Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or an AICTE-approved diploma from a recognized board/institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- At least one year of work experience in:
- Government/Semi-Government departments or private establishments with at least 5 employees.
- Apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act.
- Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Marathi.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years (age relaxation for government servants up to 5 years).
2. Junior Stenographer
- Pay Level: Level 4
- Essential Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or an AICTE-approved diploma from a recognized board/institution.
- Short-hand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Minimum three-month computer certification course.
- Knowledge of Konkani.
- At least one year of work experience similar to LDC.
- Age Limit: Same as for LDC.
Goa SSC Recruitment 2024 Age Relaxation:
- 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
- PwD from SC/ST categories are entitled to a 15-year relaxation, and PwD from OBC categories are entitled to a 13-year relaxation.
- Ex-servicemen will receive age relaxation as per rules, subject to a maximum age of 56 years for all categories.
