IDBI JAM/AAO Selection Process 2024
The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV),
Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Initial appointment for the post of Grade ‘O’ will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining (which can be extended at the discretion of the Bank).

- Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected/final score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
Personal Interview (PI)
Based on the number of vacancies, (Zone/Pan India) cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
The personal interviews shall be of 100 marks and candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks in interview which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the OT and Interview.
