UPSC CDS Examination I 2025 Stipend for Cadet Training
During the entire duration of training at the Service academies, including the Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officer Training Academy (OTA), cadets will receive a stipend as follows:
- Stipend Amount: ₹ 56,100/- per month (Starting pay in Level 10)
Important Notes:
- Upon successful commissioning, the pay for the Officer will be fixed at the first Cell of Level 10 in the Pay Matrix.
- The training period will not be treated as commissioned service.
- Arrears for admissible allowances applicable during the training period will be paid to the cadets.
This stipend is provided to cadets during their training phase at IMA and OTA, and the pay will increase once they are commissioned as officers.
